To provide services to you we will need to have personal information about you which may be held by us in physical or electronic form (data). This data will be received and held by us in confidence. This will involve checking the details you supply with any of the Agency’s databases. A scoring system may be used. A record of this search will be held by the Agency and may be shared with other businesses. We may also make a search of the directors of limited companies.

Unless you tell us that you do not want us to do so we may also use this data to tell you about other products and services we may offer.

The data you give us may be disclosed as required by law or shared with other organisations in order to protect ourselves against fraud or passed to the relevant authorities if we suspect money laundering or other criminal activity.
